This class simulates outdoor cycling on a specially designed stationary bike. You control your intensity using resistance. It is an effective way to burn fat, build energy, and reduce stress.

Power 45 is a 45 minute class focusing on toning and strengthening all muscle groups. A total body workout using dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and plyometrics, this class will work you from head to toe!

This is an intense class that will have you sweating away the pounds. Tone and sculpt your body for the new you!

SilverSneakers Yoga - Alice Miller

SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

PERSONAL TRAINING
