Indoor Cycling *Special Pricing*

This class simulates outdoor cycling on a specially designed stationary bike. You control your intensity using resistance. It is an effective way to burn fat, build energy, and reduce stress.

Kids fitness class focused on learning to be more active and lead a healthy and fit lifestyle at a young age.  

Bootcamp - Amie Burr

This is an intense class that will have you sweating away the pounds. Tone and sculpt your body for the new you!


Cardio Kickboxing

Tues. & Thurs. 4:00pm - 4:45pm

Kick and punch away those unwanted pounds and inches with the high intesnsity kickboxing class.

SilverSneakers Classic - Helen Fisher

Tues. & Thurs. 9:00--10:00a.m.

This is a chair based class that encourages older adults to get up and move. This is a high energy, but low impact class designed to get you motivated!


Tues. & Thurs. 5:15am - 6:00am

Strengthen and tone yourself in an intense, slow moving yoga class.

SilverSneakers Yoga - Alice Miller 

Mon. & Wed. 8:15-9:00AM 

SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.




1 Hour sessions are available to schedule with our personal trainer.  Packages start as low as $18.75 per one hour session.  Call the Y for more details or to get started with scheduling an appointment.
