This class simulates outdoor cycling on a specially designed stationary bike. You control your intensity using resistance. It is an effective way to burn fat, build energy, and reduce stress.



Tues. & Thurs. 5:30am to 6:15am

PiYo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. And, we crank up the speed to deliver a true fat-burning, low-impact workout that leaves your body looking long, lean, and incredibly defined.

Bootcamp - Amie Burr

Tues. & Thurs. 5:30-6:00PM

This is an intense class that will have you sweating away the pounds. Tone and sculpt your body for the new you!



SilverSneakers Classic - Helen Fisher

Tues. & Thurs. 9:00--10:00a.m.

This is a chair based class that encourages older adults to get up and move. This is a high energy, but low impact class designed to get you motivated!

Tai Chi

Mon. & Wed. 9:15am - 10:00am

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

SilverSneakers Yoga - Alice Miller 

Mon. & Wed. 8:15-9:00AM 

SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
