PiYo LIVE brings the physical and mental benefits of yoga into the group exercise room, with the added bonus of a major caloric burn. Using only your body weight, you’ll perform a series of high-intensity, low-impact moves that will work every single muscle. With its focus on flexibility and core strength, it’s the perfect option for members who are looking for something that’s low-impact and delivers results for every age and fitness level.

              

Boot Camp

This intense class is designed to push you harder than you will push yourself! Using a variety of athletic drills, exercise patterns and resistance training, it will improve muscle strength and endurance and give you a total body workout.

This class simulates outdoor cycling on a specially designed stationary bike. You control your intensity using resistance. It is an effective way to burn fat, build energy, and reduce stress.

                   

Tai Chi

Tai Chi involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. It is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

SilverSneakers Yoga

SilverSneakers Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

SilverSneakers Classic

This is a chair based class that encourages older adults to get up and move. This is a high energy, but low impact class designed to get you motivated!
