             Senior Potlucks:

 

Join us every 3rd Wednesday of the month at 11:30 a.m. for our monthly potluck.  Bring a passing dish and your own plate & silverware. 

Activities are scheduled after the meal.  There is no cost, so bring a friend!

Cardio Movez

Tues. & Thurs.       6:15—7:00 p.m.

New Class!  It features interval training sessions where fast & slow rhythms & resistance training are combined to tone & sculpt while burning fat.  Add some Latin flavor to the mix and you’ve got cardio dance!

20/20/20     

Mon.,Wed & Thurs.            5:30—6:30 p.m.

Tuesday                               6:00-7:00 a.m.

Ready for something new and extreme?  Try 20 minutes of heart pumping cardio with plyometrics, 20 minutes of strengthening, and 20 minutes of core conditioning.  Burn calories while toning and building lean muscle.

 

Step Aerobics       

Tues. & Thurs.            6:00—7:00 a.m.   

This class will keep you moving with the combination of cardio and strength training. This class uses steps, resistance bands & fit-balls to keep you fit & healthy.

Pilates

Tues & Thurs.                9:00—10:00 a.m.

Tues. & Thurs.              4:15—5:15 p.m.

This mat-based class teaches the Joseph Pilates method of training the core muscles through exercises that emphasize posture, form & breathing to increase your strength, flexibility & mobility.

 

Advanced Pilates

Mon. & Wed.                   9:00—10:00 a.m.

More advanced version of the Pilates we already offer.  Will continue to use the ball, weights, and weighted workout ball. 

 

Boot Camp

Tuesday                                       5:30-6:30 p.m

This class is designed to work both cardiovascular fitness & strength.  Using weights, medicine balls, and your own body weight, this class will challenge every part of your body.

 

Cardio Boxing

Mon & Wed.                    5:30—6:30 p.m.

Intense cardio workout that uses boxing moves to target core muscles.  Starts with a 10 minute warm-up followed by 40 minute cardio workout and a 10 minutes cool down.

Yoga Fit NEW!!

Tues & Thurs                   6:30—7:15 p.m.

This beginner class will calm and relax your mind while toning your body.  Yoga is excellent for increasing flexibility and core strength.
