This class simulates outdoor cycling on a specially

designed stationary bike. You control your intensity using resistance. It is an effective way to burn fat, build energy, and reduce stress.

 

Weight Loss Challenge (Amie Burr)  *Special Pricing*

Tues, Thurs, Fri  7:00-8:00 p.m.

A class designed to mimic the Biggest Loser.  You will do weigh-ins and informational meetings the first 1/2 hour and a personal training type workout in the cardio room and weight room for the second 1/2 hour.

Increase your endurance and flexibility. Relieve stress and learn to relax all while getting a great workout.

 

Strength & Toning (Tonya Bockover)

A strength-training class designed to make you lean and defined. Build and sculpt muscles, improve your strength and flexibility while burning fat and calories.

 

Silver Sneakers (Heather Richmond)

Tues. & Thurs.    9:00--10:00a.m.

This is a chair based class that encourages older adults to get up and move. This is a high energy, but low impact class designed to get you motivated!

 

Zumba  (Cynthia Hickock)

Zumba classes feature exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin and international beats.

 

Golden Fit (John Johnston)

This is a chair based class that encourages older adults to get up and move. This is a high energy, but low impact class designed to get you motivated!

 

Pilates (Darissa Phillips & Donna Watkins)

Basic Pilates—Mon. & Fri.    9:00—10:00 a.m.

Basic Pilates— Tues. & Thurs    4:15—5:15 p.m.

This mat-based class teaches the training of the core muscles through exercises that emphasize posture, form & breathing to increase your strength, flexibility & mobility.

 

 

 The New You Fitness Bootcamp II
