MORNING SESSIONS

Pike (Preschool)

Mon— Thurs. 9:45 —10:30AM

Little to no experience or some fear of water.

 

Eel (Level 1)

Mon.— Thurs. 10:30—11:15 AM

For Kids comfortable with the water but no swimming ability yet.

 

Ray (Level 2)

Mon.—Thurs. 11:30—12:15 AM

Beginning strokes, breathing, & floating.

 

Starfish (Level 3)

Mon.—Thurs. 12:15—1:00 PM

More detailed stroke work.  Front crawl and backstroke.

 

EVENING SESSIONS

Parent /Child Swim Lessons

Tuesdays                         5:00—5:45 p.m.

Parents are in the water with their child participating in the class.  Students are introduced to basic swimming skills and learn safety and enjoyment in an aquatic environment.  Ages 6 months to 3 years.

 

Pike/Eel Swim  Lessons

Mon. & Wed.                   5:30—6:15 p.m.

This class is designed for children with little or no swimming ability.  This is a beginner class for preschoolers.  Ages 3 years & up.

 

Ray/Starfish Swim Lessons

Mon. & Wed.                    6:30-7:15 p.m.

This class is designed to teach the basic strokes.  Back stroke and Breast stroke will be taught.  Children must be able to swim the width of the pool doing Front stroke before entering this class.

NEW! Water Running

Mon. & Wed. 6:00-6:45 a.m.

Whether or not you want an intense workout, are training for a competition, or are not able to run on land due to injury, this class is for  you!

Walk Aerobics

Mon., Wed. & Fri.              8:00—9:00 a.m.

An exhilarating combination of water walking & water aerobics all in one.  Shape up, tone up and get a great cardio workout.

 

Deep Water Aerobics

Mon., Wed. & Fri.            9:45—10:45 a.m.

Tues. & Thurs.               5:30—6:30 p.m.

Belt up and take a no-impact way to exercise.  Join us for this progressively challenging, upbeat cardio

resistance workout.

 

Arthritis Foundation  Water Aerobics

Mon., Wed. & Fri.           10:30—11:15 a.m.

Shallow water class designed to keep those with arthritis active and mobile.  There is little or no stress on the joints and the water temperature is just right!

 

Water Cardio

Mon. & Wed                    6:45—7:45 p.m.

A shallow water class with intense cardio training as well as concentration of toning muscles.

Private, Semi-Private & Adult Lessons Available

Lessons are 30 min. & are customized to your needs.

This is a great water aerobics class that encourages older adults to get up and move.  It uses kickboards as resistance and is high energy, but low impact designed to get you moving!
