Rental rates for each space are separate from one another, as in "a la carte" by the hour for each individual space.

To receive member rates, you must be a member at the time of reservation and at the time of the rental date.

Rental Information

* Lifeguards are present in the pool area at all times when the pool is in use.
 * The pool, gym, and play center are open to members and guests during scheduled party times.
* Gym courts are private to you based on the number you rent, but the area is still open for other’s use (track, other court, etc).
* The Markey Room is a private room for exclusive use of renters during the scheduled rental time.
* The fitness studio used for Nerf War would be reserved specifically for your party during your rental period.

No alcohol, marijuana, or illegal substances / items are to be used or on the premises.

Don't extend the party into the lobby area (but you are of course free to use the bathrooms in that area).

Don't hang items on the drywall in the Markey Room, but you are free to decorate the tables, kitchen island, and kitchen area.


As outlined in the rental agreement, you are responsible for keeping the Markey Room within its 25-person capacity.

No drink or food in the pool area.


Lifeguards will go over the rules with swimmers and perform swim tests.
