Class Offerings & Times
Try the Y: Use our $10 drop-in day pass for nonmembers to give a class a try. This pass also gives you access to the facility for the day.
Nonmember Rates: Full session (7-week) group fitness rates are available to nonmembers if you desire to enjoy a class while postponing membership. Rates will vary and sessions are not prorated.
Sign up for a class at the front desk or sign up online and use the nonmember option when choosing your membership type.

A full-body, low impact workout. We will focus on core, balance, and stability targeting muscle groups that are often neglected in daily life. The back of the chair serves as the barre in this workout to provide light support as you use your core strength to maintain and build balance. A full-body burn perfect for those looking to tone, sculpt, improve balance, flexibility, stamina, build strength, and endurance!

Move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Full-body strength training with short rest intervals for those who want to see a change in muscle tone & definition. Dumbbells & weight bars will be utilized for this class. We’ll target different muscle groups for a quick yet highly effective full-body workout. Burn fat & build muscle with circuits designed for beginner & advanced.

Cycle 360 combines the aerobic work of cycling along with OFF the bike strength & core training utilizing dumbbells- get the best of three formats in a single class, balancing muscles & avoiding burnout!

Alternate strength work with low-impact aerobics in a custom circuit-training class. This circuit includes strength work and low-impact cardio using a chair for stability.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises to increase strength, range of motion, and daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and balls are offered for resistance, along with a chair for standing and seated support.

New to stretching? This class is the perfect place to start. We'll move through simple, gentle stretches to help you loosen up, improve flexibility, and feel better in your body - no experience needed. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and a little more free.
